Hello!  I am the QA Manager/Food Safety at a spice/flavoring company in Minnesota.  I've looked at some forum topics in the past and they have been helpful, so I thought I'd officially join in and see if I can help others- and maybe get a few questions answered from time to time.

MINN I know well, having done somewhere around 300 - 2nd, 3rd and SQF audits there.

My first flight into MSP I remwmber well, on approach the pilot came on the intercom and said it was a balmy -30 degrees ans we all just needed to bundle up a little bit!!!
