Hello,

Could you help me to share a HACCP plan or any useful data for Water filter manufacturing

the processes is assembly the component:

1. receiving the component from the store

2. getting the competent from its boxes and send to second process

3. assembly the component and fit it well

4. installation of electrical and mechanical parts

5. leakage testing and testing the performance of the unit

6. final test and packaging

7. add to the final product warehouse

I appreciate your help with a HACCP plan or an idea how to do by myself

Regards

Greetings,

The things you need to test for in your process is microbiological output in a sample of finished product/s, meaning collect the water from step 5 or 6 and have it tested. Also, you could check in your analysis the risk of material migration and maybe the integrity of the product for physical dangers (parts that could break easily and get in the consumer's drinking water - its not really possible, but you will see it through your hazard analysis).

Also, extra materials used, if they need to be food grade, like some lubricant on some parts if used, some rubbers.

Chemical dangers could include cleaning agents residues if you use any for disinfection in the assembly line.

Regards!

Hi sunrize,

I presume this is for iso22000 or fssc22000 since otherwise HACCP/Manufacturing Process IIRC is mostly for Food-Drink/Food-Drink Packaging ?

If so you will need to comply with relevant Standards.

Kind Regards,

Hello,

Yes it is local regulation that require this factory to have a HACCP plan

Hi sunrize,

You did not specifically reply to Post 3 so I now assume "Local Regulation" is referring to manufacture of drinking water (ie not manufacture of filter).

Accordingly answer to Post 5 likely depends on yr Water Process and perhaps the Haccp Standard involved, eg see the example in this Post -
