Hello Food Safety Team

I am requiring some assistance with regards to writing up product / packaging  trial procedure 

 

Examples of different procedure will be helpful

 

Procedure to include the following trial steps to be taken during trials 

 

1.  Feasibility 

2.  Capability 

3.  Production

 

I really appreciate all the assistance thus far.

HI thanks for your response.

 

Below is the focus when writing up the Trial SOP, Just wanted to know how the rest of us are handling this.  

 

All trail products produced in the laboratory , test kitchen or pilot facility must have full disclosure of Allergenic raw material before commencement of trials. This information together with the intended use of the trial material must be agreed with the requestor of the trial or project lead.

Sorry about being offtopic, I have a question about the packaging for snacks like potato chips and crackers, specifically the inner sack that is heat welded shut. Is that made of polyester film? Aside from that, how do I post in this forum, I registered and got this far, but I can't find a way to compose a new comment. Thank you. From the picture, it does look like that is polyester film, however, I would reach out to a packaging supplier to be 100% sure.
