Hi all! Nice to e-meet everyone. I am incredibly new to learning about the food safety space and hope to gain knowledge from all of your expertise, if that's alright!

Do you perform E. coli testing for your particular area of the food industry (and what is that industry specifically!)?

If your company does perform E. coli testing, what are you testing & what is your current method for testing E coli?

Rank in order of importance:
Cost of test
Company who is selling the test
Accuracy promised of the test

Speed or time-to-results

Hi claytok,

Do you mean generic E.coli or pathogenic E.coli ?

The former is a hygiene indicator, the latter is a pathogen.

Kind Regards,

Apologies, pathogenic E. coli!
