My name is Jim Marshall.  I am the Quality Assurance Manager for Farmers Union Industries.  We are comprised of rendering, pet food ingredients, cannery for pet food, and a slaughter facility.  I oversee the Food Safety and Quality Assurance for 8 separate plants
