Just had our SQF audit and received a minor for not having an Internal Audit Checklist (despite having a completed Internal Audit).

 

Does anyone know where we can obtain a "boiler plate" checklist for an SQF Internal Audit?

1. internal audit checklist - it is simple. If you do not have one, download it from SQFI website. It readily available.

2. Boiler plate checklist - a sample can be found on  https://proplibrary....-use-checklist/

I just took the elements from the intro, section 4.2 - Mandatory Clauses page, copied them and put them in a landscaped page format broken down by month.

how did you document the internal audit?  

 

I always use the provided checklist/audit tool, etc.
