Dear All,

 

I need get to know the EU food regulations current status regarding the below food colors for the use of

bakery wares.

 

E 102/ E 110/ E 122/E 124/ E 127/ E 129/ E 133

 

Can any one kindly advice or guide me how to do so?

I find that the quickest way to look up the current status is generally via the European Commission's additive database: https://ec.europa.eu...dditives/search

 

For some items you'll potentially then need to go away and read part of the full regulation, but I don't tend to start with that as it's a fairly large document these days once all of the amendments are taken into account.
