Does any have a list or procedure for exactly what they require on a COA ? How about food contact packaging - COC?

For food, I always required applicable to their product microbiological results and other information that the supplier deemed necessary or was necessary to us using the ingredient. (such as moisture for things like flour, etc.).

For packaging, I always ask to provide applicable results the supplier tests for such as, COF, thickness and dyne for a COA.  For a COC, we ask that the state that the film complies to applicable CFR standard.

Hi Buddha321,

A COA should be based on the specification and the tests that you carry out on your product routinely or as agreed with the customer.

A COC is a statement of compliance with the product specification.

Kind regards,

Tony
