Do I need to have KPI for SQF food safety and quality audit? If yes, how do I set it up. Can anyone provide me sample template?

so you NEED objectives for SQF  (their language)

 

We use a few things like

 

A) consumer complaints month/month  by type

 

B) defect rates

 

C) environmental samples

 

It doesn't need to be over the top, it just needs to make good sense to your business/product

To add to Scampi’s list:

External/Internal Audit & Inspection performance - Audit Grade/Score

Non-Conformances raised/closed out - No Critical/Major, limits on number of Minor NCs. Closed out within xyz timescale.

Staff Training - Complete training within timescale

Product Recalls/Withdrawals - Elimination/Prevention (or Reduction of number if things aren't great  :smile: )
