hi, which supplier should we send allergen checklist to be filled by supplier except raw material supplier?

Does chemical supplier include?

FSSC 22000 Version 6.0 Additional requirements for 2.5.6 Management of Allergens (All Food Chain Categories) are:

The organization shall have a documented allergen management plan that includes:

a) A list of all the allergens handled on site, including in raw materials and finished products;

 

Just to dot the i's and cross the t's, I would ask your suppliers of chemicals to confirm all the materials they supply are allergen free. Allergens are more common in lubricants so you may need individual statements for those.
