Hi!

We are looking for an alternative sanitizer that will fit our needs - Organic, Kosher, Dry-Clean, RTU Sanitizer.

Any suggestions? In the past we have used Hydrogen Peroxide but can no longer find a supply for food processing with documentation.

Appreciate all help!

Depends on your process, types of surfaces, equipment, etc.  I generally like to use 2 different sanitizers, one alcohol based and one quaternary ammonia.  Have used sodium hypochlorite as well however will pit any aluminum it comes into contact with so there is an appropriation that needs to occur.  My usage was in a dry bakery and now in a confectionary process which both were/are dry cleaned.  Been down the kosher road with all 3 types mentioned with no issues.  Organic will require residue testing as part of pre-op inspections specifically in quat sanitizers and your certifier can provide the information needed on approved sanitizers so other than the call out to the inter-webs, I would also reach out to the them.  You will have to get this on an approved status anyways so always the best start with the certifier.

alpet quat free might work.   It requires a large check book.

Id verify with your organic certifier.

Manufactures like Ecolabs have a lot of information to help you pick the correct cleaner/sanitizer for you process.  I would start with a reputable, certified dealer.
