ValVujicic Vujicic : Hello, have you checked the latest IFS foreign body guidelines, published two days ago?
Praneetha Arendse Arendse : Hi Praneetha from South Africa
Tosin Idowu : Metal detection verification is same as annual calibration right?
Irfan Ghouri : Is there any rule set in PRODX give early warning for varificaiton and tell degradtion ?
June Ly : What kind of validation will be performed by the manufacture at installation process?
Francis Wallington Wallington : To follow up Tosin's question on terminology , Calibration or Verification or Validation ?
Han : How can I be sure when I re-validate that the machine is working correctly and not falsely rejecting?
Irfan Ghouri : any life cycle showing on Prodox ? So we can disscus with mangements have to replaced with upgrade becuase of old harware ?
Ivar P Brandt : Saludos from Caldwell, ID USA
Francis Wallington Wallington : How is the software being modified , for example the use of AI to identify contaminates ?
Hango Ngo : how is method of validation
Eleana : Hi , colorado, USA
Nadia Williams-Rainford Williams- Rainford : Hi from Jamaica
Irfan Ghouri : If local support is not upto mark so how we can get support form mettler toledo , becuase even we keep in mail CC but not getting any reply form Mettler Toledo person?
carolyn Quek : Can I understand what a ‘learned product’ means for the metal detector and when we need to perform product learning?
Francis Wallington Wallington : What can interfere with the operation of detector ? It is an electro magnet and transmitter . What would one not place near the detector?
Lisa Edington : Please address -Product flow should mimic actual production conditions....not the operator clearing a spot without product to send the test piece. I am an auditor and I see this quite often.
Irfan Ghouri : any other other forign body can be check with MD becuase have seals , some time aluminum construction on filler
Periyasamy Ananthappan Periyasamy : Periyasamy Ananthappan from India
Lisa Edington : for pipeline, you state the size must be smaller than the operating specification--how does that translate to match the factory's HACCP plan?
Irfan Ghouri : our metal dector doing fauls rejection a lot. Too many work done , Removing calbe form MD, Installion of hormonic filter on power and cable upgradtion . But issue not soved . Sudden i observe the conveyor bearing giving abnormal sound and after changing bearing issue solved. Is ther any upgrade in future plan to monitoring bearing condition monitoring to fix issue first time right ?
Dena Abdullah : Hello everyone, will a certificate of attendance be issued upon completion of this webinar?
Irfan Ghouri : What should be thumb rule for MD So no other installation should not carry out and people movment should be limited as well?
Han : Why the large metal test need to use the 20mm Fe but don't use other size or other type like SS, NFe? And how about the small test piece - smaller than the operating specification, can it use to confirm the photogating system?
Asif Ejaz Ejaz : What are the steps of metal detector verification & How we can decide the test piece size?
Muhammad Hamdan Rashid Rashid : Yes Dena you'll get certificate in email
Irfan Ghouri : Product can stuck on ATS wall ? As if have multipe product change so ATS is recommended ?
Lisa Edington : Is there a whitepaper to defend the ATS as adequate for the GFSI standards and also for customers?
Jeannie Meehl : When you learn the metal detector with the product you are running how long will the M.T. Metal detector hold it in is memory? What is the frequency that you should relearn the product run through the metal detector?
Irfan Ghouri : any portable solution availabe rahter then panel view of MDs on tablet etc ?
Irfan Ghouri : its happen multipe time Prodx showing nothing but after restart server work agian how we can trace such kind issue for prodox?
Tam Nguyen Thanh : We lost a report of validation of metal detector (Mettler Toledo, MD system PA9000 Series model) at first time installation. How can I make a new validation report?
Irfan Ghouri : Sound not workig now , what happend
Oliver Amante : does area congestion and movement on the surroundings affect detection accuracy
Jeannie Meehl : When you learn the metal detector with the product you are running how long will the M.T. Metal detector hold it in is memory? What is the frequency that you should relearn the product run through the metal detector?
Tim : When using Test rods with pipeline testing. How can passing a smaller test rod be validated for the size sensed in the center of the aperture?
Robert Savage : Bob Savage - Is there a standard protocol for validating the metal detect on initial installation?
June Ly : Thank you
Lakshan : What data should be included in a standard calibration report ?
Tim : When using Test rods with pipeline testing. How can passing a smaller test rod be validated for the size sensed in the center of the aperture?
Lakshan : What data should be included in a standard calibration report ?
Esther Esther : what could case a product to be falsely rejected?
Prince Chhabra Chhabra : ðŸ–ï¸
Tosin Idowu : To determine the appropriate test stick size for the metal detection, e.g if can detect lower size. How often does this test (or validation) be carried out
Praneetha Arendse Arendse : We perform verification using 2.5 mm Fe 2.5 mm Non Fe 3.0 SS test pieces for powder flavours with high salt content, but some customers requirements is to detect less than 2,5mm. What import can be done to meet this requirement?
Praneetha Arendse Arendse : what can be done to meet this requirement?
John Paul Gammad : Oli magtanong ka
Neeta shah Shah : Thank you

Oliver Amante : meron na sir jp hahahah
Catherine S. Torres : for example the SS can be read several times, but we tested it agaun, suddenly the MD could no longer read it even though the system of MD is still correct.?
Lisa Edington : radios anc also interfere...walkie talkies!
Irfan Ghouri : I have experience of lot of falls rejection when filling area SS Door closed or open . what is exact solution to fix the issue.
Catherine S. Torres : sometimes the test piece can be read when it is placed in the product, but when the test piece is alone without the product, it can be no longer be read by the MD.
Francis Wallington Wallington : Jason thank you for being so clear .
Brian : Need to drop, thank you
John Siew : The MD sensitivity setting - follow the products types?
John Siew : The MD sensitivity setting - follow the products types?
Catherine S. Torres : sometiems when the product is read by the MD, and then we try to run it again through the MD, it is no longer read even if the setting is correctly according the standard.
Sampe Ganesh Kamath : Thank You very much and happy weekend.
Jonalyn Certifico : WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE CAUSE FOR FALSE REJECT?
Daniel : Is there a table/ reference for phasing in regards to product matrix?
Tim : Thank You.
Elham Tavassoli : It was perfect, many thanks
Tanja Baker Baker : Great session, thank you. Have a lovely weekend all
Sharon Ford : Thanks for your time
Gloria Rodriguez : Thank you
