Please share example of an Environmental Monitoring Program based on risk relevant to FSSC 22000 V.6.

It's going to vary greatly depending upon many things.   What do you make?   What's your hazard analysis look like?   It has to be risk based, so you need to do an analysis, and base your program off of that.   

I can post mine here for you, but it won't mean anything to you unless you do exactly what we do, in the same building, the same way.    You need to build it out starting with the analysis....
