Hi all,

I'm new to the EHO requirement of include within the HACCP plan the sources of the animal waste. Does anyone has an example or can guide me on how to include this. The haccp plan is focus in the product manufactured and not include hazards analysis for animal waste.

Does it need to include a separate flow diagram/ hazard assessment?

appreciate your help

Hi NewQA,

This is product specific, I would look on the FSA website. There is this Guidance Supplying and using animal by-products as farm animal feed which links to other information.

Kind regards,

Tony
