We are looking at completing a gap analysis for IFS food, and hoping someone has the standard in an editable document to use as a GAP analysis as all I can find/ access at the minute is the web page for the standard.

I don't know about "editable" but this would be where you will find what you need and you can download direct from the IFS site...

You could also contact any of the CB's that offer IFS such as SGS, Intertek, CICS, - each could refer to a consultant and.or Auditor that can conduct a pre-audit assessment (GAP).

Thanks, unfortunately that link didnt work. I have been on the website and accessed a doc but like to be able to confirm if were compliant or not on the doc against the standard and was hoping to save some time and not have to set one up myself.
