We are currently testing for Environmental monitoring (SWABS) TVC & Ents.
My question is what limits should I be looking for.
There was limits already in place but i feel these may be too high

Hi!
So much depends on what your product is, whether or not it has been cooked, what the current state of the product is, is it RTE, RTC...
