Hi everyone

I am Nadine from Kingston, Jamaica. I am the Quality Assurance /PCQI/Lead SQF Practitioner at Salada Foods.

 

Salada Foods is an instant coffee and teas processing plant which is the only one in the English speaking Caribbean and has been in operations since 1958.

 

One of the many hats I wear has the title Internal Trainer and I am always seeking improved ways to communicate information to my coworkers, which I am sure this platform will provide that value-added aspect to help me achieve my mission.

 

I am also looking forward to learning new things as I go along, feel free to reach out if you want to know about our operations and how we navigate our SQF certified plant.

Interestingly enough we are going (not until next year however) to be sourcing instant coffee as an ingredient for for a coffee mix with mushrooms and monkfruit and need organic.
