Should a Checkweigher Be Set to Label Weight or MAV for Drink Powders?

Your checkweigher limits should be your products minimum declared weight.

MAV is a variance, it is not your target.

When setting the weights on a Checkweigher for drink powders, should the weight be set at the label weight or at the MAV?

I would argue that you first need to determine the accuracy of the check weigher(s) in question.........do they have an inherent variance built in?   i would also up your minimum to your label +% unless you plan on reworking a ton of product when it screws up (and it will)
