When setting the weights on a Checkweigher for drink powders, should the weight be set at the label weight or at the MAV?

I would argue that you first need to determine the accuracy of the check weigher(s) in question.........do they have an inherent variance built in? i would also up your minimum to your label +% unless you plan on reworking a ton of product when it screws up (and it will)
