Do New Dry Blends Require FSMA Reanalysis If Ingredients Are Unchanged?

We are dry blending manufacturer. Do we need to do a reanalysis every time we create a new blend 9even if there are no new ingredients in the blend)?

As long as there isn't a new process or new allergen - then no.
