Chile

Brazil

For Brazil:

 

ANVISA: focus on public health and sanitary safety - look for the RDCs for general food safety, GPM, labelling, ingredients & additives

Also regulates other industries, such as pharma, cosmetics, etc

 

MAPA: focus on animal and plant origin food products - look for Instrucoes Normativas for technical and operational requirements
