Hi everyone,
I’m glad to join the IFSQN community and would like to briefly introduce myself.
I work in the field of food inspection and quality control, mainly focusing on foreign object detection technologies used in food processing environments. My day-to-day work involves learning and exploring different approaches to improving product safety, such as metal detection, X-ray inspection, and vision-based inspection systems.
Through my work, I’ve developed a strong interest in how manufacturers manage contamination risks across various stages—from raw materials to finished, packaged products. I’m particularly interested in topics like:
Preventing physical contamination in complex production environments
Balancing detection sensitivity with operational efficiency
Adapting inspection technologies to different product characteristics (e.g., moisture, density, packaging types)
I joined this forum to learn from industry professionals and to better understand real-world challenges faced by food safety and quality teams. I hope to exchange ideas, share observations, and gain insights into best practices and standards across different regions and industries.
Looking forward to learning from you all and contributing to discussions where I can.
Best regards,
[Foodman_vision]
