Hello Quality Professionals!

  We are building an official Supplier Corrective Action program - does anyone have any templates for their SCAR forms/reports they would be willing to share? We are a dietary supplement contract manufacturer so this would be for our raw material suppliers

You mean like a supplier corrective action request form?   Lots of examples of that with a quick google.   

 

Personally, I've never been asked to open a CAR from but one customer, and I told them politely they can lodge a complaint and it will go through my complaint process to determine if a CAR is required.    But it's not up to them if I do, they won't have any part in the process, or even be allowed to see my internal paperwork on it.
