Collins Agunenye : what is the sharp difference between cyberthreat on food industries and food defense, in simple terms ?
HAKAN Kahveci : Assuming that the physical security wall and the cyber security wall could collapse together in the same disaster, and without mapping the dependencies between physical and cyber security, how can we objectively determine which single control simultaneously reduces the highest risks in both domains?
John Siew : Thanks, much enlightenment
Oludare Ogunbela Ogunbela : Who can we reach out to if I need help on this ?
Cindy Halbleib : Thank you good information.
Hoa Le Chi : Regarding Standards: Have GFSI benchmarks or FDA regulations officially mandated cybersecurity as a core component of Food Defense yet, or is it still just a recommendation?  Regarding Risk: In terms of risk assessment, the likelihood of cyber-manipulation going undetected seems quite low in a well-monitored facility. Is there evidence to prove this is actually a high-probability threat?  Regarding Quality vs. Safety: While "recipe changes" usually fall under Quality, Food Defense is primarily about Food Safety. How do we justify including these quality-related parameters in a Food Defense plan?
Mony Barrette : How can we ensure the integrity of service providers who grant access, such as access card issuers?
Mariela Roa : The technological defense of food only applies to companies that are fully digitalized?
Muhammad Hamdan Rashid Rashid : Thank you

Sorry I missed it but the slides are interesting. I think people underestimate how often physical and digital threat risks overlap. One can facilitate the other (both ways) but often it comes down to people not following the processes in place to prevent it. Why is a fascinating question... Often it's because the processes are onerous...
