Has anybody got a cleaning instructions card template that i could borrow? Must comply to BRCGS Food standard requirements.

Hi.

 

Attached example of basic CiC - covers off main requirements listed in BRC (was on a chemical supplier format). 
I have seen others which go into much more detail on breakdown of equipment and include HSE risk assessment info/ references.

Hi DSTechnicalManager,

 

I posted a Floor and Drains Cleaning Procedure Sample in this topic a while back, it should cover what BRCGS are looking for, there would also need to be a schedule, checklists and mixing instructions for chemicals etc.:

 

Environmental swabbing / positive hits / cleaning of drains
