We recently switched when our down days are, and I am now running into an issue of a constant monitoring that we used to be able to do manually. Being as now there will be a day when no one is in the facility, we will need a remote type monitoring system to keep an eye on temperatures when we are not here, and offer an alert type set up for if and when one goes out of spec.
So, this morning I have a call with Sonicu, who does large customer based monitoring, we will need 10 freezers monitored, as well as one refrigeration system.
Anyone have a setup they currently use and would recommend? I like the fact that Sonicu has reporting and can integrate into my system of record keeping for SQF, will learn more on the demo call. Cost is about $1600 for equipment, and another $1000 yearly for cloud based storage and monitoring.
