I'm looking for a newer up to date HACCP refresher training I can lead my substitute practitioners and management team through without going to an on-line course?- Any ideas?

I can't think of any that wouldn't be at least partially online, even the 'at your own pace' ones have an online element. Are you not looking for an actual certificate than? 

I've worked with Food Safety and Quality Systems over the last 7 years or so, at 2 different facilities I've been at. It's a husband/wife owned training/test kitchen out of Chicago. They had several different levels of options for training and also had a HACCP/PCQI joint training (which I didn't know about until recently) over like 3 days that is really awesome to knock out both certs with a combined training.
