The evolution of the ISO22000 Standard: Lessons from a 21 year old Food Safety Management Journey

Webinar Overview:
The attendees will learn about the evolution of the ISO 22000 standard since its first publication in 2005. The evolution of the HACCP methodology as published by CODEX will be outlined, including the decision tree published recently. Insights will also be shared on the GFSI around Food Safety Culture and the recent Food Loss and Waste requirements which have impacted the newly published ISO/TS 22002 series of Technical Specifications. Best practices around staying aware of the evolution of this standard will also be discussed in the webinar.
