i would like to ask if it is acceptable for my process date to have a cut-off point in June each year, while the internal audit and management review are conducted in August.

I don't think it really matters, as long as it occurs according to your documented procedure for internal audit/review requirements and occurs at a minimum of annually.

Have a plan, follow the plan, document it.  Those are the important parts.

What do you mean process date?

 

It depends a lot on standards if you're talking about frequency of management review. BRCGS will ping you if something is meant to be annual and it's 13 months from what I've heard. Also if you're talking about results up to June but only reviewing them in August, that's not great practice.

 

So make sure data is recent and it's within the timescales not just a bit outside.
