I currently use a company out of Detroit to test our compressed air samples but the new SQF 10 rules state that you also have to check for oil particles in the compressed air samples, and they do not.  Can some of you recommend a company that tests for oil particles and isn't outrageously expensive?

We use Bureau Veritas as it's our only choice

 

Make sure you request the correct system whomever you use

 

They have to send you a cylinder that the compressed air line is attached to

We use Trace Analytics, they run (amongst all others) the SQF air tests..  reasonable pricing for a routine service.

What specific SQF 10 code calls out this change? When I checked for changes in 11.5.5 I didn't see any differences between SQF 9 & 10. Just making sure I didn't miss something...

It doesn't look like there is a code change at all  (but oil and particulate should be tested annually anyway)
