Megan Young : does iso 8573 particle size limits apply to bacteria and y+m?
Ankitkumar patel : For compressed  air filtration in allergen /Non allergen facility-- do we need POU filter for each outlet or one filter at main source is ok? what filter is the best?
Novita Teng : does ISO 8573 or BCAS have the standards for micro?
Syed Farhat Raza : "We are working in a dairy factory where compressed air is used to push the product for the product changeover. So, the air comes in direct contact with the milk in filling. 1. What is the simplest method to collect the air sample for micro testing exposing exposure petri dish without contaminating the air sample 2. What tests must performed both microbiological and any other such as moisture. 3. What values we should target as defined in your silde."
Matthew Creswell : We have had a persistent problem with high particle counts, e.g., >1,000/m^3 even for particles larger than 0.1 micron when we use 0.1 micron filters. What would you recommend regarding what we should investigate to determine the root cause?
Jodi Roberts : How important is the use of a sampling device in the collection of samples?
Stephanie Levell : What is good industry compressor air testing frequency for food  processing.
Syed Farhat Raza : "We are working in a dairy factory where compressed air is used to push the product for the product changeover. So, the air comes in direct contact with the milk in filling. 1. Rufus Kofi Maccarthy : Joining you live from Ghana. I am Maccarthy Rufus Kofi. A quality control officer at Equator Foods Ghana Limited. Manufacturers of Parle Biscuits in Ghana
Ankitkumar patel : What type of micro testing is required for the compressed air touching direct food - Bars to reject on line?
Dawn Coombs : How concerned should we be if our products all go for further processing?
Jodi Roberts : Is there a method you recommend for sanitizing compressed air lines throughout a facility?
Jodi Roberts : Currently we test our compressed air by placing a settle plate at the outlet of the point of use filter. Could this method be contaminating the sample?
Ankitkumar patel : Is it possible to test air samples for allergens?
Alkesh Trivedi : Compresses air is not in product contact or packaging, any testing is required?
Amaneh Jabbarzadeh Gisheh Khaleh : Thank you!
Dawn Coombs : Very informative. Thank you
