[Ganesh]

Hi all,

I am Ganesh Kamath working with an MNC for last 11 years. I have experienced various functions in industry from QA technician, production supervisor, QA manager, Product development manager and some part of supplier development. Currently I am working as QA specialist based in head quarters and my main function is to visit various markets and help factories to manage and sustain food safety and compliance.
What attracted me to this site was a recent article on need of competent QA managers who can evolve with changing demands, which I strogly believe is the biggest problem in the industry today. Once I got into the forum I could also realise that the discussions are on current issues and very useful in daily operations.
Thankyou for your good work and I hope I would learn a lot from you all and would share my experiences with you where ever possible.

I have also worked in R & D, QC, QA and Production departments when I worked in India. Our MD believed in 'job rotation' policy. Its great to have you among us.
