I work in an bakery which is also a member of the Mcdonald's supplier team. I am QA in the bakery for 3 years. For Mcdonald's is a great international restaurant chain. I have to face up with vaires of problems not only on food processing but also restaurant concerning affairs. Meanwhile, tradition food profession in china is experiencing industrializiation and globalization. We really need good experience from all of the firiends here.
I was major in food technology at university and I really enjoy chosing this as my carrer.

Thanks Suly. I guess McDonalds are everywhere. Do Chinese people like Big Mac burgers? :dunno:

I wanted to ask what food safety standard do McDonalds ask you to adhere to - is it ISO 22000? or some other standard?

Regards,
Simon

Hi Simon,
Chinese people like Big Mac very much. But comparing with beef, chinese prefer chicken and pork. Mcdonald's do not have certain rules on the aulit system. All we have to do is make sure our system works well.
