For any of you who don't know ISO 22519 is titled "Traceability in feed and food chain -General principles and guidance for system design and development".
The group dealing with its development is much smaller than ISO 22K but even so that votes appear to indicate a level of popular consensus.
Out of 47 countries 20 were in favour and only 4 voted against - everbody else just abstained or didn't vote - I understand that this is quite a good vote for a CD document and that it is only at the next stage that huge amounts of comments are usually submitted. FYI the negs were USA, Poland, Sweden and Argentina.
