Can anybody help Vassilis out with an example.

I'm on a three day Dale Carnegie course this week, so I'm a bit behind. I'm learning how to win friends and influence people.

On this site: http://www.oeitfl.org you will find a code of practice.
It is not a HACCP-plan, but maybe you can use the information.

Kind Regards,

Madam A. D-tor
