We've mainly looked at Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in a food traceability context. However, as you can see below these little RFID chips have a multitude of innovative uses.

RFID-equipped robots used as guide dogs

The World's First RFID-Enabled CIO

A Watch Smarter Than You

RFID 'Lamps' Map the Physical World

RFID Drives Highway Traffic Reports

Tracking Fashion with RFID

New ID tag could prevent surgical errors

If you find any more interesting, weird or novel uses for RFID please post them for discussion.

On that note what or who would you like to stick an RFID chip in?

Regards,
Simon
