Dear All,

Just saying bye to all, I have just handed in my resignation and I'm off to run a letting agency, maybee 4 week before I actually go but going to be busy.

Just wanted to thank all especially Simon for the site and all others for the help i have recieved over the past years.

Kind regards and best of wishes for the future.

Thanks for all your contributions over the past few years Steve. It's always a shame to say goodbye to members, but I suppose the worlds got to keep turning. Good luck in your new career I'm sure you'll do well. I think it's a good time to get into letting as the house buying market is a dead duck for the forseable future.
