Can anyone guide on Review process for product specification to ensure continued compliance with food safety, legal and customer requirement. As per FSSC 22000 v5.1

Hi Rajeev; Just create a form where you put your product specs date of change, product name, spec version/revision #, reason for change, comments. Something like this, pretty simple.

Please Clarify a little-

Review Specification of What ?

If you would like a generic answer -

Address 2 Questions to the given (assumed FS) Specification -

(1) Is the scope of the BCPAR specification appropriate to the Product and adequately comprehensive?

(2) Are the qualitative requirements and quantitative values/limits therein realistic and compliant with Best Practice/relevant Regulatory requirements  ?

Kind Regards,

If there is no change in specs then review process by just writing there is no change in specs is sufficient.

It depends how the context defines review, eg is it an independent review ?
