Hi,

I work in a bottling plant and check our bottle rinser using a washer, a bolt, paper chads, staples and sand. I just wonder what anybody else uses to test the effectiveness of your bottle (or can rinsers)

Thanks in advance.

Are you using an charged air rinser or water rinser?

I have done as the same as you previously. It was suggested by an auditor that the process could be further developed by lining bottles with a food colouring to simulate a residue.
