Hi there, our company recently purchased a Vibro-sifter vibrating screen machine that we intend to use to sift filth from ground ingredients...what is the best way to sanitize this machine before, during and after use? we are running into challenges with regard to washing some of the removable parts as it is quite heavy and slows down production time. Is there a more efficient way of ensuring the safety of food and taking the necessary precautions to maintain the safety of food?
Additionally, does anyone have a HACCP plan and SOP which I can use as a guide with regards to using the Vibro-sifter? Thank you.
