For those that maybe interested in this topic. A friend of mine just emailed me this link: https://www.sidley.c...m-warning-label

It looks like OEHHA is working on some modification to the California Prop65.

Hello all,

I work in a food facility in Florida, we mainly produce protein in our facility. We use Amazon just sell samples on a small pouch of 1.2oz, In the last 3 days we have been receiving too many orders from California, and all of the orders include products that contain peanuts. The first days, most of the orders were coming from the same complex, from the same area, and we know, from previous experience, that attorneys from California use this strategy to try to catch us on the California Prop65.

Does anybody know if there is any new regulation for peanut allergen in California?

Thanks in advance!
