I really appreciate that Caz. My head was in a total spin over this as I think I was just overcomplicating things. Im doing work for a bakery and as you can imagine there,s allergens in everything (cakes).

Yes, very nice template for due diligence. :thumbup:
I wonder if all countries are now the same over this labelling situation.

:off_topic:

Also makes one wonder why sellers don't put a "may well contain salmonella" on the shrink-wrapped portions of raw chicken breasts (legally acceptable global contamination I suppose, maybe not in Sweden). Might help to reduce xcontamination in the kitchen a bit though. And eggs ?
