Dear All,

This is a fao manual (2001) relating to use of HACCP in mycotoxin prevention and control in various (6) geographical crop scenarios, eg maize, peanut butter, apple juice.
I found it interesting since (a) the subject matter is not so common and (b) it rather nicely illustrates the interactive classification (GAP, GMP, CCP etc) of all steps from growing to finished product. You may not agree with all the classifications of course.
This is a multi-group compilation so you can compare the styles of haccp presentations and conclusions. Full Codex-type risk analyses are not given however detailed qualitative evaluations of the basis of the relative risk classifications for the respective steps are presented. Good stuff IMHO.
