I have just came across specifications of a products which contain Meat or meat derivatives and also states it is suitable for vegetarian.

Is it acceptable/possible?

Seemingly not possible, eg

The true definition is no flesh- no fish or meat or derivatives from these e.g. gelatin.I am a vegetarian and don't eat fish as I've said

I have contact the supplier and they has amended the specs.
