Hi everyone,

I work in a Industry that make biscuits. In the audit IFS we had the folowing situation "Although the company has given instruction to operators in charge of application of fumigants, it could not be evidence that a formal training was given, nor evaluated the possible need of an official approval".

What kind of trainning it will be necessary? Concerning the safety of personal I have made it. We applied the product and we act according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Thanks. Have a nece day!

To Bia:

If I am not mistaken, the auditor actually wants to know whether the worker who apply fumigants undergone any official / formal training from a recognised external body e.g. country / national pesticide board etc and with license, if possible. This type of training usually involves theoretical and practical as well as "examination".

Dear Bia,

As per previous post, the key word was probably in yr own post - "Evidence" .
(eg via Independent, Qualified, Expert).

Kind Regards,
