Hi, I would like to find out in our factory we work with RTE meals, desserts, salads and sandwiches. Now the question is the guys that work in dispatch the only thing that they do is put a label on the already sealed product., count it and put it in a lug. Is it necessary for the men to wear beard masks?

HI,
in my opinion no. But you will have to document a risk assessment to consider all the possibilities. Some times there is no written rule so you have to justify it for yourself and show the reasoning to auditors so that they are comfy with your decision.
In other cases it is a "best practice " unwritten rule and you may have customer who insist on them wearing one. Check your customers standards too.
