Dear all,

I'm new in this forum and will be glad to get your help.

My company is already certified ISO 22000 and now want to move forward to FSSC 22000 (Manufacturing).

Can anyone help with this?a plan to shift from ISO 22000 to FSSC 22000?

Also if i can get a copy of gap analysis checklist and the index of FSSC 22000 standard, it would be of great help.

Thanks!
Nooreen

Dear Nooreen,

It may depend on whether your business is food or packaging or ?.

These fairly recent threads should answer some of yr questions. the list of Int.Audit checklists (essentially = gap analyses) are mostly iso22000 which you probably have already but i added just in case. Obviously the difference to fssc22000 will not be enormous as indicated from some of the other links.

Other threads exist if you wish to investigate further, can try searching for "fssc" either directly of via the advanced search page.

Hi Noreen,

You may want to pick up a copy of the ISO/TS 22002-1-2009 (gap checklist) and recalibrate your current PRPs. Thats all you would need to do for the upgrade. Don't forget the exemption list that needed justification under clause 1 if the recommended PRP is not applicable to you. Following that, you will have to re-validate, re-verify and review the food safety plan. You will get more information by going to GFSI website http://www.mygfsi.com
