Some helpful info here that may save people the pain and time of conducting a full CARVER +Shock evaluation

I downloaded the Carver program and I am finding it difficult to tailor to my facility. It is tedious and time consuming but I assume there is no easy way around it.

It is tedious and time consuming, which is why the FDA document is most helpful. They have basically said where facilities should focus their Food Defense resources.
