Woo.  Now I can relax for a bit.

Got popped for:

Consensation in the shipping cooler

Production supervisor scratching mistakes out on paperwork instead of drawing a single line through

Allergen program not specifically listing finished product labeling as a step, only verification of finished product labels prior to labeling

Lack of verification of training competence on the training register

Employees not accurately stating what to do should they come into contact with bait from the outside stations

Forgetting to list our ATP luminometer on the calibration schedule, even though the frequency for calibration was defined in the ATP testing policy

Not listing the specific brand of soap in the cleaning program with approved concentration

Nothing terrible.

Nicely done!

I really hate that bait question.  I feel like an idiot telling grown people who've worked here for 10, 15, 20 years, to not eat the bait in our outside bait stations.

smh

Really well done Marshenko, 7 minors is a great performance.

If the auditor is scratching around for those types of NC's your system must be in pretty good shape.

Regards,
Simon

To be fair, bluish-green rectangular blocks with grooved sides that one might find sitting in a trap or on the ground outside are pretty tempting to start chowing down on.
