I don't believe you need a full procedure for every task maintenance personnel need to do. But it's not a bad idea to have them to ensure that everyone is performing the maintenance the same way every time. Let's take a look at that section of code (for everyone following along this is found in the TS22002:
8.6 Preventive and corrective maintenance
A preventive maintenance programme shall be in place.
The preventive maintenance programme shall include all devices used to monitor and/or control food safety
hazards.
NOTE Examples of such devices include screens and filters (including air filters), magnets, metal detectors and X-ray
detectors.
Corrective maintenance shall be carried out in such a way that production on adjoining lines or equipment is not at risk of contamination
Maintenance requests which impact product safety shall be given priority.
Temporary fixes shall not put product safety at risk. A request for replacement by a permanent repair shall be
included in the maintenance schedule.
Lubricants and heat transfer fluids shall be food grade where there is a risk of direct or indirect contact with
the product.
The procedure for releasing maintained equipment back to production shall include clean up, sanitizing, where
specified in process sanitation procedures, and pre-use inspection.
Local area PRP requirements shall apply to maintenance areas and maintenance activities in process areas.
Maintenance personnel shall be trained in the product hazards associated with their activities.
What do you need? You need a list of your equipment that is part of your PM program. You need to have a temporary repair procedure. You need to have the MSDS (and maybe a food grade statement) for all of your lubricants / heat transfer fluids that may come in contact with your product. You need an "Equipment release to production form" that has signoffs for that the equipment was cleaned up, sanitized, tools were put back, inspected.
It doesn't really direct that a maintenance procedure is required for each task however.
