What are the regulatory levels for quat sanitizer.

This somewhat depends on what generation of Quat you're using. The latest (4th) generation is acceptable as a no-rinse sanitizer up to 400ppm. The earlier generations were acceptable at 200ppm. We typically like to run right at 200ppm but know that we are ok if it is a little over.

Probably initially best addressed to yr supplier, perhaps along with the (state?) regulatory tag.
